In Sura Ar-Ra-ad. Allah Says, in chapter 13 (“Those who believed, and whose hearts find rest in the remembrance of Allah.”) Look at this wonderful statement of Allah the most high reminding the believers to be humble in there daily lives and find the time to remember Him.In this verse Allah gives the reason before the benefit. The following verse gives the benefit of remembering Allah as is explained in the very next verse, when He says.
(Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.)
(Those who believed, and work righteousness, Tuba is for them and a beautiful place of (final) return.) `Ali bin Abi Talhah reported that Ibn `Abbas said that Tuba means, "Happiness and comfort or refreshment of the eye.'' `Ikrimah said that Tuba means, "How excellent is what they earned,'' while Ad-Dahhak said, "A joy for them.'' Furthermore, Ibrahim An-Nakh`i said that Tuba means, "Betterment for them,'' while Qatadah said that it is an Arabic word that means, `you have earned a good thing.' In another narration, Qatadah said that `Tuba for them' means, "It is excellent for them,''
Then Allah Says
(And a beautiful place of return.) and final destination. These meanings for Tuba are all synonymous and they do not contradict one another. Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri said that a man asked, "O Allah's Messenger! Tuba for those who saw you and believed in you!'' The Prophet said, (Tuba is for he who saw me and believed in me. Tuba, and another Tuba, and another Tuba for he who believed in me, but did not see me.) A man asked, "What is Tuba'' The Prophet said, (A tree in Paradise whose width is a hundred years, and the clothes of the people of Paradise are taken from its bark.) Al-Bukhari and Muslim recorded that Sahl bin Sa`d said that the Messenger of Allah said, (There is a tree in Paradise, if a rider travels in its shade for one hundred years, he would not be able to cross it.) An-Nu`man bin Abi `Ayyash Az-Zuraqi added, "Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri narrated to me that the Prophet said, (There is a tree in Paradise, if a rider travels in its shade on a fast, sleek horse for one hundred years, he would not be able to cross it.)
When the Believers read these verses, and statements of his Messenger about the benefits of remembering him then it gives them encouragement to be of those blessed ones who will be rewarded with “TUBA”. This is a promise of Allah and His Messenger (peace be upon Him). We should try and understand that worries and stress are a natural part of life as human beings, but, as one great poet said “After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.” Al-Humdullah Allah has given us this wonderful treasure filled bag of tools and provisions to take with us on our journey of life. There are many narrations from the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon Him) about the way to deal with problems which occurs as a result of everyday life, he said in a wonderful saying of his. “in the time of Fitnah (trials)praying two rakahs of prayer is like making hijara to me.” Also
Narrated Abu Wail from Hudhaifa :(Radiya’ Llahu'anhu)
Umar asked the people, "Who remembers the narration of the Prophet (sal- Allahu Alayhi wa Sallam) about the affliction?" Hudhaifa (Radiya' Llahu'anhu) said, "I heard the Prophet (sal- Allahu Alayhi wa Sallam) saying, 'The affliction of a person in his property, family and neighbors is expiated by his prayers, fasting, and giving in charity." 'Umar(Radiya' Llahu'anhu) said, "I do not ask about that, but I ask about those afflictions which will spread like the waves of the sea." Hudhaifa (Radiya' Llahu'anhu) replied, "There is a closed gate in front of those afflictions." 'Umar (Radiya' Llahu'anhu) asked, "Will that gate be opened or broken?" He replied, "It will be broken." 'Umar (Radiya' Llahu'anhu) said, "Then the gate will not be closed again till the Day of Resurrection." We said to Masruq,"Would you ask Hudhaifa (Radiya' Llahu'anhu) whether 'Umar (Radiya' Llahu'anhu) knew what that gate symbolized?" He asked him and he replied "He Umar Radiya'Llahu 'anhu) knew it as one knows that there will be night before tomorrow, morning.
The point here from this noble Hadith is the way out of the everyday (Fitnah) trials ie.
'The affliction of a person in his property, family and neighbors is expiated by his prayers, fasting, and giving in charity."
Inshallah if we stick to this noble formula for success we will, as a result of that be able to have as a reward for our patience and prayer Paradise and “Tuba”.
